“I was dx 1999: high blood pressure, high cholesterol 2006: 4 heart attacks, 4 stents placed & triple bypass surgery 2007: hypothyroidism, lupus, sjogrens, ra, cad, chf, pulmonary hypertension, mitral valve prolapse w/regurgitation, & type II diabetes”
